Owner and founder of Jackson P.I. Services, Inc., Julie Jackson, is best known for her positive attitude and the professionalism she brings to each case she handles. A native of Northern California, Julie attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

She began her career in law enforcement in 1997, working as a patrol officer and criminal investigator for the City of San Bruno. Julie patrolled 7 years as a “beat cop” in San Bruno, working criminal investigations from start to finish. While at SBPD, Julie obtained certification from USC’s Center for the Administration of Justice (Delinquency Control Institute) as an expert in interviewing child victims and suspects. Julie is also a trained expert in child abuse and sexual assault investigations and is proficient in tracking and apprehending 290 P.C. Sex Registrants.

Julie has spent many hours in the courtroom testifying as an expert witness and lead investigator in criminal court cases in San Mateo County, California. She also served as court liaison to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s office and assisted with jury selection for criminal cases.
